I found another voip provider which is offering up to 30 minutes free calls to many countries.
1. Register at http://youcall.com
2. Login to your youcall.com account
3. Enter your phone number
4. Enter party's number
5. Your phone will ring
6. youcall.com will call your party
7. When both are connected, you can talk.
